At the last meeting I started a discussion about having shop tours -
both our own and potentially some commercial shops. In order to get
this started, I am trying to accumulate two lists. The first is the
list of those who would be interested in going on shop tours, if
someone else was willing to make the arrangements. The second list is
for those who would be willing to host a tour of their own shop.
Potential hosts should also provide a rough time frame when they would
be able to host. In my own case, I will be willing to host, but not
until this fall. That will give me a goal to complete some of the many
projects I have in the fire at this point. So if you are interested in
going on shop tours or are willing to host, please post. I will
arrange the schedule if there is enough interest.

I would tour any shops and I also would be willing to be a host. I
have 4000 feet of space that is primarily a wood shop at present, but
I am almost done building a 5' x 10' CNC router some might like to
see. The shop may be of interest to those who work with a variety of
materials or to someone who might like to sublet a little space. I
will be too busy to host through the end of June, but maybe July could
work.
