Just got this email the other day, deadline is 7/6/09. Therefore 1
weekend + 2 days to work on it.

1). CONTEST DESCRIPTION: The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers) Engineering Your World Contest (the “Contest”)
begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) May 13, 2009 and ends at
11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 7, 2009. The Contest consists of two (2)
Phases: A Submission Phase and A Voting Phase. The Submission Phase
begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 5/13/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on
7/6/09. Contestants are invited to submit videos of their inventions
at: http://www.ieee125.org/engineering-your-world/submit.html.Inventors
may use science, engineering and technology to create an innovation
that would make their living spaces (i.e. – dorm, apartment, car, work
area, etc.) more livable, fun and convenient. All video submissions
must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/6/09. The Voting Phasebegins
at 12:00:01 a.m. 7/13/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 8/7/09.
The top five scoring video submissions (as determined by the judges)
from the Submission Phase will be posted at: ieee125.org/engineering-
your-world/vote.html for public voting. Consumers will be invited to
vote for their favorite one. There is a limit of one vote per person
per email address. In the event that more than one vote is cast from a
single email address, all votes from that voter will be eliminated.
Automated votes are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices
or programs will cause disqualification. All votes must be received by
11:59:59 pm ET on 8/7/09.
