I have a need to reduce my stocking. I've had this group of 7 microsynodontis for 3 years, no casualties but due to certain circumstances; mainly with UT campus having a restriction on aquarium size, I can't keep them for long.

I was wondering if anyone was willing to purchase the group of Microsynodontis sp. (1) from me. They are all of breeding age and the females are very gravid. There are 4 females 3 males

Breeding has been accomplished by another keeper at around pH 6.8 and Temp of 76F. However they have been faring quite well in Austin tap for the past year. I'm sure they'd do better in lower pH. They are eating New Era catfish pellets and NLS pellets. A very cryptic fish, you'll only see them at lights out if at all. Otherwise very pretty and an excellent micro fish for a small planted tank.

I'm not sure whether or not I have to sell them quite yet but I'll know for sure some time monday.

Thank you.

I have a planted 40 gallon long with about 15 mollies in it, but the bottom is all grass we get around to trimming from time to time. I can take them if you find no other takers. I will even trim some grass short and lay some flat stones in for them :)

In the end I was able to get things sorted out. Thanks for the offer though. Glad to know that if things don't turn out someone will take em in.
