I actually got some good pictures today from my tank.

Things are growing pretty well, I’m having to cut back the fast growing stuff every couple of weeks now.  I cut these back a couple of days ago.

I could really use some help identifying this one though.  https://flic.kr/p/ASZyAe  I got it from Aquatek, but I threw away the bag that it came in with the name of it on it.

That is an awesome journal entry and very elegant.  The dynamic between the driftwood, the male cichlid and the dither fish is very natural.  Not a speck of algae either.

Bless my soul, your mysterious traveler looks like a Bucephalandra.  Weren't you lucky!  I bet that's one of Cara's sports.

"You are much better off with no numbers than meaningless ones.  The minute you believe numbers uncritically, that is, without understanding how they're calculated and how well they measure whatever they're supposed to measure, you will generate a breed of employee who will produce numbers and not results.  Your data-processing system will then serve not to describe reality but to lie about it."

Thanks for the identification.  That is exactly what it is.  I just couldn’t remember the name for the life of me.

I’m not sure how Aquatic came by them, but I got the last one they had at the time.
