Next week: closing out 2014 with a Geo Bash

Just a reminder that next week is the all-Austin, all-geo, holiday happy hour that we're calling Geo Bash. This event's going to involve every geo-related user group in the Austin area, so it should be a blast. +1s and non-geo friends or coworkers are welcome -- this won't be a tech event, just a big old holiday party.

Also, the Geo Bash will be collecting donations for Blue Santa: 

Those who are interested are encouraged to consider bringing a new unwrapped toy to this event for Operation Blue Santa. Operation Blue Santa is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group that has been providing holiday meals and Christmas gifts to families in the Austin area since 1972. Donations may be made online at: www.bluesanta.org/dontate/donate.htm and checks can be made to Austin Operation Blue Santa. Volunteer opportunities are available leading up to the delivery date on December 20th (see the website for details & to sign up).
