I'll make this tomorrow and drop it off at the space. It's 14.5" inside and will be 3.5" deep.

I was restless so I cut all the lumber from scraps I had. I'll get
some screws in the morning and assemble it.

The octagon lid form is at the space.

If the form is 3.5" deep I will need to add a 1" piece to the bottom of the vent pipe. I will do this soon.

Can we adjust the height of the lid by using less refractory?
