Found depenent model removal bug?

Hello everyone,

Did a little bit more poking around to try and solve the issues I was
having and I found that reverting to rails 2.1.0/a_f revision
http://github.com/giraffesoft/attribute_fu/commit/254728ee063c067c93624c1a1937084ed09a77b7
made deletions of associated models work properly (the associated
models were deleted from their table), though an extra form is always
rendered whenever add_associated_link "add", object.dependent.build is
run, even if you don't click it (as per my previous posts). Therefore

is what broke this particular feature. I hope this helps someone
trying to deal with using a_f with recent versions of rails.
