:partial support is broken in render_associated_form

Adding :partial => to render_associated_form doesn't render the
partial. It still looks in the current view directory. This is with
the jquery branch on rails 2.1

My bad... I forgot that both the form helper *and* the add link helper
need to have the partial specified.
