My client is seeking 1+ years design experience
with electrical control or instrumentation
equipment. Primarily interested in design
and application experience. Background should
include experience in one or more of the
following areas: system design, analog and
digital circuit design, solid state power
electronics/power conversion, microprocessors
and digital signal processors (including software)
and electromechanical devices.
Duties would include being responsible for the
development of electric power distribution
instrumentation and control systems and related
devices. The position is project engineering
oriented beginning with system concept and
continuing through the end of system life.
Activities include the preparation of system
performance and test specifications; approval of
supplier designs; engineering follow through
manufacturing, test, and installation; and
resolution of system start up and in service
problems.
