Hello Everyone,
I just installed the most recent version of ATS, and it is "ATS version 1.5-dev_28cbfab9". It's single run goes normally but ran into an error when starts "mpirun". I double-checked "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" and it is correct.
$MPI_DIR/mpirun
/n/swdev/packages/Ubuntu-18.04-x86_64/mpi/openmpi-3.1.6-gcc-9.3.0/bin/mpirun: symbol lookup error: /n/swdev/packages/Ubuntu-18.04-x86_64/mpi/openmpi-3.1.6-gcc-9.3.0/bin/mpirun: undefined symbol: opal_libevent2022_event_base_loop
Any suggestions on fixing this error? Thank you very much!
Xiang

Hi Ethan, thanks for your kind replies! Yes, I installed a master version of ATS on the EES-16 server, which was recently updated to Ubuntu 20, as Chuck mentioned.
Thanks very much for Rich’s check and for suggesting re-loading the module; now, parallel run works.
All the best,
Xiang
