Quick question: will there be a corresponding update to Watershed Workflow (WW) for compatibility with ATS 1.6?

Yes, ish. We will delink these codes — you’ll need ats_input_spec version 1.6 to match ATS v1.6. But WW should more or less be independent of ATS. Just the example that scripts ATS input files will be ATS version specific.
