to Amanzi-ATS Users
Dear all,

I am Lijing Wang, an assistant professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Connecticut. I am an avid ATS user to address questions in groundwater-surface water interactions.

I am not sure if this is the right place to have a non-technical request; but I believe here we have the largest ATS community.

I will have a USGS-funded project starting later this year. Therefore I am looking for one graduate student (MS or PhD) to join our group to build ATS models for baseflow resilience (how groundwater sustains streams during low-flow periods) mostly in the northeast region.

If you happened to have any friends, students or yourself with ATS experience looking for a graduate student position, and the above project sounds interesting, please feel free to reach out to me at lijing.wang AT uconn.edu. I am happy to chat. We can start as early as Fall 2026, or Spring 2027 or Fall 2027, depending on the candidate's schedule.

Thanks a lot and enjoy the spring! Lijing.
