Flow IC issue w/ Transport PK

Hi all,

I am running a flow and transport simulation using the new master, and I am getting an error when I try to initialize the flow from a checkpoint, and I don't start a t=0 units but some t=2 years. I have a flow-only simulation that runs from 2010 through 2024. I want to use the checkpoint from the start of 2023 as the initial condition for flow in my flow and transport model. In the flow and transport model, the cycle driver then starts at year 13. I had this set up working in 1.5, and when I moved to the master it now fails. When I initialize the flow from a checkpoint and start the flow and transport from the beginning (t=0), it works fine. Using the same setup as above in the flow-only model, it also runs smoothly. I only have issues when I have the transport PK included. I am attaching the input files I am using that give me an error, and then I adjusted the column_evaporation.xml from the regression tests and was able to reproduce the error.
