Transpiration Models in ATS

Hi ATS Developers,

I wonder if there are any documentations on explaining the transpiration models (relative permeability and rooting depth) in ATS.

Rooting depth is described in Bhanja et al J Hydrology, 2023.

The rel perm based down regulation is not in a paper yet, but I’m pretty sure I’ve described it in this group before.  Let me do some searching and see if I’m remembering correctly.  The description should also be in the input spec documentation, but I bet that is not as polished as it should be.
