I would like provide an API for programming AVRs in ATS:

I don't have much to show as of now. I have yet to get an Arduino board :)
There is a blinkey example I took from Will Blair, who did quite extensive
AVR programming in ATS about 3 years ago:

I plan to use his work as the basis for this API.
