This topic is for distress rentals - listed within 45 days of check-in.
The asking rental price must be no higher than twice the maintenance
fee of the unit. Often, such a price is unattainable on short notice,
so a lower price might be advisable. Rentals must list the week, unit
number and type in the subject header. Wanted For Rental postings must
list acceptable weeks and unit types in the subject header. Owners only.
