Unit for RCI exchange

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone else has had difficulty in getting a response
for unit week assignment to deposit with RCI from the Atrium? We own
a float and usually we just e-mail The Atrium and ask them to deposit
a week for us when we can't get to St. Maarten. Never had a problem.
Well, we won't be going this year and I've sent 3 e-mails since March
and have not received one response or even an acknowledgement. Any
suggestions?
