Dear Sir,

Sonata Software drive is on 9th & 10th March.

The eligibility requirement and compensation are as follows:-

 

There should be close to 200-250 candidates taking up the online aptitude test.  MVJ, CMRIT & AMC are the colleges participating in the pool drive. 

 

• Engineering Graduates (CSE, EEE, ECE, IS, IT) with 60% aggregate.
• MCA’s with 70% aggregate
• No arrears as on date. Should be maintained at the time of joining
• Execute a bond to serve the company 2 years from the date of joining.

 

Compensation:

• CTC upto 3.00L based on their performance in the internal assessments post the training period of 3 months.
• TCC of around 4.30L* upon confirmation and based on their performance appraisals on completing 12 months of service.

 

* Including variable components like Incentive & Company Performance Linked Pay.
