New releases for skosprovider_heritagedata and skosprovider_getty

New versions of skosprovider_heritagedata (a skosprovider that interfaces with the webservices of http://www.heritagedata.org) and skosprovider_getty (a skosprovider that interfaces with the LOD vocabularies at http://vocab.getty.edu) have been released. These are minor bugfix releases that mainly serve to fix an issue that currently exists in the Atramhasis demo when trying to import from external thesauri such as the AAT or the English Heritage Thesaurus of Monument Types. Please see the release notes of these libraries for a full view of the changes.

The Atramhasis demo will be updated to reflect these changes the following days.
