S-a discutat foarte puţin despre noul sondaj Eurostat privind cunoaşterea limbilor străine şi mi s-a părut important să scriu un articol pentru ATR Blog legat de aceste statistici, primele cifre reale pentru România (la nivelul anului 2007).
