I am not too sure about the latest revit structure release but as far as I know revit structure still need to export to external structural analysis program for overall structural analysis...such program such as etabs, ram..etc. not too sure about interoperatable with sap2000 but it would be a better comparison between etabs, ram with sap2000 rather than revit structure for the moment or just for now.... check out the old revitcity articles link and assess for yourself what autodesk is planning on revit structure in the near coming future (or the future is already here!!).
thought you may be able to use Revit structure as a standalone product. i think that if your are not using it to be interoperable with other parts of the building cycle, such as RAC2008 and Revit MEP 2008 use lose part of the value of using Revit Structure. if that is the case, those other programs may be a liite more mature than Revit and better suit your needs.
Everyone one on this site is more than willing to try and answer any questions when given enough information.When i see threads that start with phrases like "Thanks Pal" it sends me a red flag and may cause others to take offense with the phrase as i did. this site wants to concern itself only with increasing our knowledge of Revit. so let me just remind all of us to be respectfull of others in our posting.

The three analysis partners that I have seen are "ADAPT Cibcrete Desugb Siftware", "Risa Technologies", and Robobat. Of these Robabat does talk about importing and exportinc CIS/2, so I'm unsure of SAP2000 being compatable. Back to the original questions "Which is better?" thats a hard one to answer. I am going to say Revit, but I am probably bias towards it. Revit Structures can work with thoes three analysis programs and still be a drafting tool that you can use with architectural and mechanical drawings to find interfierence issues. I am not sure what all SAP2000 can do, but to me it sounds more of a analysis program than a drafting program, so your comparing apples to oranges. I don't know how popular ADAPT, Risa, and Robabat are in the industry so maybe Revit being compatable with thoes really doesnt help any.
manifertal, sap2000 is a great structural analysis program. I have used it in school and have a student version for shape and structure analysis (limited nodes). The sap2000 program can produce structural drawings. Revit has started out to be a great 3-D visual and structural support analysis database program that manages structural drawings. The issues with revit are that many analysis programs are using the revit B.I.M. with limitations as you will see when you start using it. The main idea is to master the revit B.I.M. and produce a model that calborates with other disciplines and runs interference checks that safe time and effort for the team you are working with. Revit has many advantages and some disadvantages. I highly recommend learning both programs well. Revit B.I.M. is definately the future of design, but not the only means for analysis.

On the day of the exam you will need a camera, microphone, and official identification card with a picture. Certified Users would need to install a commercial version of the program the exam will be on. Certified Students would need to install a student version in which they'll receive via email.
You will be able to receive your certification and be automatically added unto the membership list once you have passed the exam with the grade point needed for the certification requested, delivered all the required documentation and completed the certification payment.
If you fail the exam on your first attempt, you can re-take it as many times as needed to pass the exam. Please keep in mind for each time you take the exam you will need to pay the required examination fee of 50% value price of the selected certification.

Please keep in mind after the first change there is a 25% certification value. I bought the student version of Mathcad prime 8 in April 2022. I have been using it for a couple of months without any issues. Recently, the program does not open anymore. Also my Mathcad file do not open either. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it did not work. Can someone help me fix this problem please?!

A majority of Windows connection issues can be fixed by removing and reinstalling the Citrix Workspace app on your system. Citrix Workspace App is currently only supporting MacOS's supported by Apple's lifecycle which is current plus two previous versions. If you have an older operating system you will need to use an older app. Download links are below by versions, but you should be aware that ETS setup instructions may vary slightly and you may run into other compatibility issues.
