Recommended settings for video of online APT&M meeting 2020

Video
-Aspect 16:9
-1920px x 1080px at most
-25 frames per second progressive is better than interlaced (aka half-frames)
-MPG or MP4 with 5-6 MBit/s should be good
-Sound ideally at least 192 kBit/s MP3
-Upload on Youtube and Koushare (the second to be visible in China)
