Hi,

AtomiaDNS does not allow DKIM records to be added. Any idea when this will be implemented?

Regards,
Sven

Hi Sven

It is possible to add DKIM records through the API, for adding through atomiadnsclient there is a known issue in that
it currently does not allow you to escape the ; used in its format for passing DNS record, so it breaks when trying to add
TXT records containing ; like DKIM.

Is this the problem you are referring to?

One other caveat is that you have to split long DKIM records into multiple TXT records shorter than 255 chars because
that is the maximum size of a string in a TXT record.

We do support having TXT records with multiple strings as data since version 1.1.33, so adding the records works as long as you split them.

Best regards.
Jimmy
