AtomBeat 0.2-alpha-3 released

Hi all,

Just a note for the record, I've released AtomBeat 0.2-alpha-3. Changes in this
release are documented at http://code.google.com/p/atombeat/wiki/ReleaseNotes
- this should also serve as a guide to upgrading from previous releases,
but is a bit patchy still, apologies.

I haven't created any downloads for this release, if you want it you'll have
to build from source:

svn checkout https://atombeat.googlecode.com/svn/tags/$tag
cd $tag
export MAVEN_OPTS="-Xmx1024M -XX:MaxPermSize=256M"
mvn clean install
