AtomBeat 0.2-alpha-4 released; new Access Control Tutorial wiki page

Hi all,

I've released AtomBeat 0.2-alpha-4. This release has an implementation of
issue 81 - reference groups where source is any atom member - see the release
notes wiki page for more information:

I've also written a first draft of a tutorial on access control and AtomBeat's
security plugin:

Access control is hard to make simple, and I've struggled a bit to make this
accessible. Any comments, suggestions, errata, ..., welcome :)
