atombeat update rev 457

hi Ian,

atombeat trunk rev 457 has a fix for issue 111 deleted entries should
get stripped on request with feed

there is also slightly modified behaviour w.r.t. plugins doing bad
things (issue 112) - if a plugin in the after chain or the after-error
chain returns anything other than element(response) atombeat will now
send a 500 with a helpful message, rather than chuck a runtime error
and stack trace at you
