Dear All,

      Wish you a very happy new year. The new years name is Khara. It means Kham Sukham Raati iti Khara - The one which brings forth Kham - Happiness. May this Khara Nama Samvatsara remove all our obstacles and help us to march ahead with in our sadhana path with stronger conviction. Let us all vow to shun our ashraddha and continue our travel in the path of Bhakti and Jnana. This is the time for a strong resolution to undertake the Atmopasana without fail as much as possible in our day-to-day busy life. I would like to assert that this Upasana is the key for our Spiritual Development. I am planning to introduce a 5 min Atmopasana Dhyana procedure for everyone to practice daily. Let us all start its practice seriously in this new year which is promising to bring us happiness throughout!

     Also, this new year is all set to open a new chapter in the book of Atmashrama. The inaugration of Atmashrama at BSK 6th Stage is on 27th April.  I hope Atmashrama will function with even more fervour from its new location with all your support.
