Can we convert our project to use using compass instead of compass-rails?

We are getting "Unsupported rails environment for compass" on the official "compass" site/"rails4" branch.

The previous version of "compass-rails" has been deleted.

That's a CSS layer thing that I know next-to-nothing about, but if you swap it out and it still:

- renders CSS appropriately

- deploys to Heroku without error

then AFAIK it should be fine.
