Need help with these wireframe files

Folks,

I was given these files as the input and
output wireframes for the 2seeds project.
My goal is to open them up in a browser
somehow and navigate within their pages.

How do I set them up or deploy them or what?
Can I deploy them to Heroku somehow?

Create a new rails project, throw these in public/ and deploy to heroku.

Okay - done, push to Github as jasnow/wireframes-in-rails
project but icons are small - why are the png's not expanded?

Yes, it works in safari, but not chrome on the mac/lion.

Hmmm - but it works on chrome and firefox on the PC.
