Hello!

as of  the rest service should be available for atlassian connect 1.1.17 which is in production already. But I obtain nothing else than http 403 Forbidden.

PUT https://xxx.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/latest/rank/

my scope is READ, WRITE, DELETE

the post body should be valid:

{"issueKeys":["AG-66"],"rankBeforeKey":"AG-11","rankAfterKey":"AG-54","customFieldId":"customfield_10011"}

customfield is the one, that is named: 'com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:gh-lexo-rank'

do I need any additional scope or did I forget anything?

=> compare Atlassian Answers

Cheers,

Florian

Florian,

I think you meant to use /sprint/rank, that’s the one we’re using.

Hi Roberto,

thanks for your quick answer!

as of ACJIRA-122 both, the sprint and the 'global' rank service should work. As I understand sprint/rank ranks an issue within a sprint scope but I would need a separate or the global scope. I.e. I need to rank issues that does not belong to any sprint.

but yes /sprint/rank works for me as well - the other one http 403 :(

Any other ideas or is it a bug?

Cheers,
Florian
