Multiple mapping definition support

We got a big community contribution, now AtlasMap supports multiple mapping definition via same backend instance.

There're still a couple of things to do in order to make this end user friendly, like show a list of available mapping definition, provide a way of switching to the other mapping definition in UI, etc. But this is definitely a big step moving forward to achieve it.
