Hello all,

There seemed to be several open source projects mentioned at atlascamp
that could be used standalone or in the development on atlassian
plugins.

Things like the plugins 2.x framework, and the licensing manager are
the two I can remember.

I was wondering if there's a concise list somewhere with urls to the
projects?

Also, I know there's the studio site, but thought it might be nice to
have something like opensource.atlassian.com specifically for these
types of projects to be posted to. Anyone agree?

Thanks,

All of Adaptavist's open source plugins are here:

https://www.adaptavist.com/display/free/Home

And CustomWare's are here:

http://www.customware.net/repository/display/AtlassianPlugins

All should be available in the plugin repository.

I still can't seem to find the licensing manager code that was mentioned
at atlascamp.

Adaptavist outlines what they use here: http://www.adaptavist.com/display/Builder/Embedded+Software
The actual software is TrueLicense - https://truelicense.dev.java.net/

Licensing takes a bit of work and is definitely reinventing the wheel
for everyone. I think it'd be helpful to commercial plugin developers
to have a common system available which mirrors the Atlassian terms
built on top of TrueLicense. I'll share whatever I come up with when I
get there. It might actually be helpful to collaborate on an API.

The homepage for the licensing manager I talked about is here:

The source code is here:

As I said, it's getting updated currently, and the documentation is behind the curve, so keep an eye on it over the next week or so for updates. I'll try to remember to post something here also when it stabilises.
