Atlas release notes - week to 9th April

Hello!

Here are the Atlas release notes for the week to 9th April.

The following items have been deployed to production:

• (Atlas Owl) Content POST API now returns a Location header pointing to the newly created content.
• (Atlas Admin) Installed forever-monitor to improve service resilience.
• (Atlas Admin) Fixed a bug in error handling.
• (Atlas Owl) MongoDB connection limit is now configurable.

The following items have been deployed to staging, for a future production release:

• (Atlas Owl) Improvements to common-ingest configuration.
• (Atlas Deer) API documentation generated from meta API, showing endpoints, error messages, parameters and annotations.
