Chris,

If I use the API explorer and the Schedules tab channels picker (choosing Sky London as the source) I still don't see the two channels in question.

I don't know if this method is the same as using my API key but if the channels aren't shown via the channels picker does it mean they need adding to the list please?

Thanks, Colin

Note: Just tried a similar procedure with my API Key and got exactly the same result so it seems the channels aren't available.

Will hope they can be added then.

Hi Colin,

We've looked into this and can confirm it is a data issue. We've checked the API and are not currently getting those channels.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for that, at least I know it's not me.

Just for your info in the API for the Sky Regions the Meridian area options don't look right to me. It gives East and West only which I think are out of date.

I live in the Meridian South region and I believe that Meridian only broadcasts to two areas now and they are the South and South East.

It might be worth checking on this as for Freeview for instance there is a Meridian South option.

Thought I'd just mention it in case somethings up.

Hi Colin,

Thanks for the info. We investigated this in case there was a bug with the new API explorer or even the API.  Since it's a data issue, we'll pass this on to the data provider.

Data changes are out of our control, and can be slow. Therefore they are normally considered off-topic for this list. We focus here on the software and API.

Thanks,
Chris
