Hi, i'm a little unfamiliar with the API so please excuse me there, but I was wondering if anywhere on Atlas, when retrieving information for a single channel (such as through "/4/channels/..." am I right there?) it includes the alternate or shortened names for the channels that are used on the various different platform's.

For example, a lot (but not all) of the BBC's channel names are in capitals, e.g. BBC One becomes BBC ONE, and some names are also shortened, so that "BBC One Channel Islands" becomes "BBC ONE CI" for example. Is there any way to show this information in Atlas?

That's a data issue, so off topic of we're being strict. This list is for discussing the API and software.

These are the names being provided to us. You could always define your own names and link them to Atlas data by ID?
