Hi All,

Sorry for the lack of responses on this list. We have been extremely busy in the run up to Christmas, and have only got to these once most of us started on "holiday". Meanwhile, I do suggest taking a read of our blog, that has quite a few of the answers.

You may have missed it, but we made a brief announcement on Atlas in the year-in-review post: http://metabroadcast.com/blog/2014-in-review-atlas

In short, we're not turning off Atlas 3.0 in early January 2015, and we will say more ASAP. We also won't leave you without a channels endpoint, and remember the Atlas 3.0 channels endpoint is also compatible with Atlas 4

Work is ongoing on a v4 API Explorer. We've got a new auto-documentation approach that will help us do a much more complete job in the future: http://metabroadcast.com/blog/auto-document-all-the-things, including the new API explorer.
