Hello Atlantis community!

I am working on a sensitivity analysis for my model. I am encountering issues with certain polygons getting very high values of MicroNut (iron), mostly at depth, and some polygons getting incredibly high values at surface as well. I have turned off/removed all inputs I could find (in functional groups, forcing files, the initial conditions, atmospheric input...) and I still get massively high microNut values. Has anyone encountered this kind of problem before?

Cheers,

Ilaria

G’day

Is it coming by advection from boundary boxes?

Hi Beth,

Thank you for the troubleshooting suggestions - I noticed my Redfield ratio for the MicroNut component was off. All is back to sensible values!

Cheers,

Ilaria
