R tools added to public repo - making pred-prey overlap map

I have uploaded a R script file that I developed for making a map that shows the spatial distribution of a predator group at time step t, against the polygon-specific pie charts showing the prey biomass composition (see attached; https://github.com/hollyannperryman/atlantis_tools_data_processing.git). I wanted to expand it to show polygon-specific dietary interactions, but I have yet to get around to it. If you expand this script or find errors, please let me know! Hope it is helpful.
