G’day
For those who have updated form the Trunk since December please do a fresh update I had stupidly left a debugging fprint active that will kill the run. There was also a new line in demography that should oonly apply to age structure groups not age structured biomass pools. That has been sorted too, as had a contaminant read in issue.
For those who want access to the code on Github and don’t’ have it yet please email me your github details and I’ll add you (sorry if you have already emailed me and I have forgotten, I thought I had everyone but my inbox is overfull again and I may have missed it).
I have been working internationally for the past month but am returning home tomorrow. Once home I will finally sort a new home for the wiki documents.
In terms of version control. I did try migrating the full Atlantis history but with very mixed success. Rather than make everyone wait until I cold sort that I have been progressing afresh from the trunk as of December2024. Raisha has kindly shared how to do a Github release and I will look to start doing that more regularly going forward. For now if you don’t want to migrate to the new Trunk I can still try to create stubs for you of your specific version, but I will not be able to maintain them (i.e. with any new functionality) independently of the Trunk going forward (sorry!). I will however endeavour to fix bugs in stubs so you can get your work sorted. I hope that is an ok compromise for everyone.
Cheers
Beth
