Hi,

Our new paper is out, led by Alaia Morell, on machine learning-driven semiautomatic calibration of Atlantis using the R package calibrar.

This methodology reduced calibration time for our Puget Sound model from two years to 6 months - we recalibrated the model after switching to a new biogeochemical forcing model and implementing temperature and O2 sensitivity.
