Do you guys need any PCBs made? I am rushing with an order with "Gold
Phoenix PCB" for my business, but there is lots & lots of room on the
panel. What we have is a 155 sq. in. panel, but I am only using a
couple of square inches myself. So I thought that maybe you guys may
have some designs that need to be made -- no need to waste all that
PCB space on copies I wouldn't use. I am paying extra for 48 hours
lead time. Here are the specs (This is actually the cheapest PCB
service I have found for my requirements):

- Two layers
- 0.024" FR4 material (half as thin as the usual material, my design
requires it)
- Tab routing (you can make your PCB any shape, it will be cut to that
shape very precisely)
- Gold plated (my design requires it, ROHS compliance)
- 7 mil min. traces/spaces, 15 mil min. hole size
- Soldermask and top silkscreen
- More specs here: http://www.goldphoenixpcb.biz/special_price.php1

So I divided the cost by the number of square inches and got a little
over $2. So if you want some designs made, please multiply the number
of square inches (no need to round off) by $2 and add shipping cost
(Airmail: $2 to USA and $4 to the rest of the world). This is
*extremely* cheap, and the PCB quality is *very* high. Here are some
photos of PCBs with the same specs that I had made there before:

There is only one catch: you need to send me your designs very
quickly. I would like to submit the order on Monday, since I want to
receive the PCBs on Friday. They FedEx the boards from China, which
usually takes 2 days to arrive.

Cadsoft Eagle format is best, although I could probably figure out how
to panelize the designs if you send me the Gerbers too. If you are
using Eagle, I can send you a DRC (design rule check) file so that you
can check your design for the constraints.

Let me know if there are any questions.
