Hey all,
Unfortunately due to the wind I'm going to have to postpone the launch
of BallastHalo 4 till next weekend - currently the winds are just too
strong especially at altitude, current simulations have the payload
traveling as far as Germany with only 4 hours of float, if we were to
replicate the BH2 flight we would make it to Poland! While these
flights would be great fun we would risk losing communication and
would be straying into multiple national airspaces uninvited - its
better to wait to a more suitable day - hopefully next weekend!
The payload is finished - did a complete test run last night, managing
to dump all its ballast during a replication of the BH2 flight so we
are ready to go.
Thanks for all the support - with an extra week might have a go at
making some inflight graphs :-D
