Hi Folks,

It does state the results of our recent delegate voting:

First of Two Questions Relating to Height of Jumps: Lowering Jump Heights Passed: Jump heights are six inches lower than the height at the withers of the height dog. This change will be effective February 29, 2020.

Second of Two Questions Relating to Height of Jumps: Lowering Minimum Not passed: Minimum jump height is 6 inches. As there was not a 2/3 majority for this vote, the minimum jump height will not change.

There has been no definitive decision around a changed measuring method as yet. They have stated they are evaluating different options: 

The board is currently evaluating two different methods of measuring at the withers: a preset wicket and a laser measuring system. Prototypes of both were demonstrated at the tournament in Baltimore this weekend. They will next be sent to Region 9, then region 3.
