August 2022 Singing Reminder

We’ve received an invitation to be part of a program at the Sautee-Naucoochee Cultural Center in NE Georgia (https://www.snca.org/snc/home.php). February 11, 2023, starting around 7:00pm. (note, this would be in the evening following the all day singing at Emory/Cannon Chapel). It would be a 15-20 minute program. If you would be willing to be the point of contact/coordinator/organizer for this event, please let me know in the next 2-3 weeks and I’ll put you in touch with the contact at the center.

As there is an upswing in coronavirus cases recently, if you are thinking about attending a singing and have any questions, please contact the person listed to confirm.

Aug 20, Saturday before 3rd Sunday, 10:00 am, B.M. Smith Memorial/Philip Denney Birthday Singing (combined for 2022), Emmaus Primitive Baptist Church, Oak Grove Road, Carrollton, GA. We will begin singing at 10a with dinner on the grounds at noon(ish), so bring yourself and your friends and some food if you're so inclined. COVID info: This is an indoor singing, but we will open windows and doors on all 4 sides of the house and have fans and air purifiers running for help with ventilation and filtration.
