Some great feedback I am getting about trips. Keep those emails coming!!
Just in case some people got confused, with Lourens every thing is perfectly fine.
We talk regularly about his flying and also about other stuff like going to South Africa on a flying trip since it is something I have been planning for several years now, with no success so far.
Insecurity is my main concern, and therefore, talking with some of the locals helps a lot. It seems like flying directly to George Airport and flying the Wilderness area should be OK.
Anyways, it looks like some pilots would rather do more short 4 day trips instead of long overseas 10 to 14 day trips. Therefore, I would like to get some input about shorter trips.
This would be some of the options:
Costa Rica
Dominican Republic
Salt Lake
Santa Barbara
Could you let me know your preferente?
Todd, you need to come up with the Colombia option!!!!
I am still all in for that…
By the way, I have added Spain to the long trips.

Dear pilots,
We have been working for a while now on some new destinations for trips organized by Atlanta Paragliding.
Thanks to some of our local pilots we have a new possible option!!
We can’t go every where (at least for now J) and I am trying to find out what the most desired destinations would be for the ones of you that like to travel with us. Group traveling and flying with friends is always more fun!!
So here are the options I am working on and the possible dates:
Wilderness, South Africa – December / January
Oludeniz, Turkey – September / October
Bulgaria and Macedonia – August / September
For those of you who may be interested in the future, I would like you to send a private email to lu...@atlantaparagliding.com with the order 1, 2 and 3 you would like these trips to happen.
None of them would happen before 2010 (perhaps January? J)…
