Database administrator position

All, the company I work for needs a database administrator.  Here's the description:

The DBA is part of a team that supports a complex, 24x7, SQL Server environment.  You will work with DBAs and other development staff on incident and change management, participate in small to mid-size projects, facilitate maintenance activities and ensure operational effectiveness for all SQL Server instances.  In conjunction with the other database administrators, you review performance and capacity trends and provide recommendations to staff and management. This is a SQL DBA position, NOT a SQL Developer position.
