Optimizing SQL Server Performance
in a Virtual Environment

Are you getting the best performance out of your virtual
environment?

Don’t miss this special event with Microsoft MVP and VMware vExpert,
Denny Cherry. Denny will map out the items on the “must-do” list to
ensure you are getting the best performance from your virtual
environment. Topics will include how to look for CPU performance
issues at the host level, Memory Balloon drivers, what they actually
do, and how you should be configuring them, and why. He will discuss
some of the memory sharing technologies which are built into VMware’s
vSphere and Microsoft’s Hyper-V products and how they relate to SQL
Server. Then we will finish up with some storage configuration
options to consider.
