1. Population growth- I've read that it could reach
a million or more, which would strain the infra-
structure beyond its limits given budget constraints.

2. Overdevelopement- As more and more people flee the
high tax, high unemployment areas, the demand for
housing, goods and services reaches a critical point.

3. Crime and Safety- We can already see the effects of
the population shift to Atlanta and the future
could be grim indeed.
