No posts since last year? Is this group still active? I have a work
project using Arduino and ZigBee to measure sewer levels and relay the
data to our central server. Anyone interested?

I went to the FreeSide meeting last night and met a few people. Nice
place.

The group has been very quiet for awhile now. My wife and I are on our way to having our first baby and I don't have much time for hobbies right now.

p.s.
Did you go to Campbell High?

Thanks, Dave,

Nope.  I'm a yankee transplant.

Congrats on the kid.  Anyone else playing with these things?

As one of the original members, I pretty much had to drop out due to other projects. I think most of the group activity now centres around Freeside.

-yeah, unfortunately the group is 'hibernating' to say the least. My focus had to shift to school during the last few months. But, I'm still interested in Arduino. I'd be up for meeting if anyone is interested, but can't commit to any long term or demanding projects right now.

Thanks,
Isaac

I have a grp of 4 or 5 in Rome/Kennesaw that just got into Arduinos.
I've done an RFID door unlocker with it and am planning a home
automation/control system.

Anyone around the Rome/Kennesaw area still into it?

I'm in Kennesaw and still mess with Arduino. I did just become a father last month so time is limited but not gone entirely ;)

Excellent!  So, people are scattered around, but that's why AlGore invented the internet.  I'm pretty busy with work this month, but I'm trying to get started with Arduino and Zigbee.  Can anyone with an interest and/or free time give a shout out, so we can re-animate the group.

Giving a shout out per request from Augusta! I've been pretty busy but hopefully I'll get some time to work on my Arduino robot again sometime in the future. I'm planning on making a coil gun for it :-)
