EL Wire

Keith, you're a lighting expert - have you ever used EL wire? I'm only
curious at this point, but am considering buying a few feet just to
play with.

A lot of us are watching the various illuminated wiring techs. The
lifetime before it goes to half brightness, in addition to full
brightness limits and cost, is important. Some Christmas light
displays stay on for well over a month, many over half the day.
That's a lot of hours to add up. But as long as you understand the
pros and cons, it is a fun tech.
